Let me simplify the establishment of your professional website presence. I have pared down what I offer to one simple package deal:

5-7 Page Website for $550 Includes:

  • 5-7 Pages
    • Home Page
    • Contact Page with form
    • About Me Page
    • a Blog Page
    • 1-3 content pages (you provide the content)
  • latest version/installation of WordPress
  • latest version/installation of the Thesis theme
  • 1 custom designed-just-for-you banner
  • Customized color theme/palette selected by us both to give continuity.
  • Customized fonts to better promote your particular message and vibe.
  • 1 or 2 sidebars with recurring info
  • social media icons to put in your swanky sidebar(s)
  • automatic facebook posts when you make a blog post
  • an email to match your new domain name(you@yourdomain.com)

If you have existing art or logos or colors, we will incorporate all that into your new site.

In order for us to get started on your exciting new web site venture, you need a few things in place.

Below listed is what you need when you come to me. Don’t panic! I can assist you to get it all set up [note to reader: this info is in formation as I create MY presence...please bear with me] : )

1. Domain Name: This is your URL, the name of your site, so pick a name that you will want to see everywhere; it’s your brand. Purchasing your domain name is also purchasing the right to use a specific name. Recurring yearly cost.

2. Web Hosting: Recurring yearly cost. To make my job easier, and to have what I provide for you better quality, I prefer to work with this hosting provider: GoDaddy.com. This is a company that offers secure reliable hosting plan, unlimited bandwidth and 24/7 support. You want to be able to call up and get somebody? These are the guys!

If you are already registered with another hosting company, be forewarned that it will just be a little more time spent by me to investigate how they run their hosting package / WP installations / ftp protocols, etc.

NOTE: It is quite convenient and easy when Domain names and Hosting are registered with the same place. They don’t HAVE to be, but like I said, it just makes things easier.

3. Web Content: There are so many resources available on the internet and in bookstores to get started some good web content. This is you getting your message clearly and creatively stated. While the website creation will be a team process, your job is to provide me with the content for your pages. You will be included along the way as we both make decisions on the design of your site, about how it will look and feel. Do some journaling or some research to get some ideas going on what you want to say about yourself, your business or your ideology.
